If you have any issues with your apparel, please follow the steps below to ensure a proper exchange and/or return.

If you do not  have a printer accessible, follow the steps & policy below:

We offer a 30 day (from date of purchase) exchange/return policy. Once your order passes the 30 day mark, this policy no longer applies to your order. The item(s) must be in the exact condition as received, not washed, not worn, labels/hangtags attached, and odor-free (make sure when trying an item on that you are not wearing a deodorant/body spray that will leave stains/fragrances).

"Sale" items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

Include (on a note inside the package):
-Full Name (that you ordered with)
-Email (that you ordered with)
-Return Address
-Sized needed (or state "return")

Upon receiving your exchange, we will inspect, process, and ship out the new item(s) within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping time will apply on top of the processing time. If any problems occur with your exchange, such as size desired being sold out or item not passing inspection, we will immediately notify you by email.

For returns, we will inspect the item(s) upon arrival and process the refund within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time for this to show up on your account/card.
